Inspired by Nature, Swahili, Arabic & Asian carving and Tribal textiles, jewellery & crafts I will often incorporate patterns into my work and onto frames & canvas. A nod to the past & traditions of craftsmen from Asia & Africa. I celebrate hand crafted qualities and all the subtle misprints and overlaps.
